As the majority of Happy Boi products are handmade to order, our processing time is 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. We aim to get all orders out as quickly as possible.
Pre-order items are not currently in stock. This means the materials, or finished product, are on their way to us. An approximate date will be provided for shipment in the product description and your order. This date is our best estimate and is subject to change. Any major changes will be communicated to those affected. If your order contains 'in stock' and 'pre-order' items, it will be shipped once the pre-order items are available.
Orders under $100 within Australia are shipped with flat rate $8.5 shipping.
Orders over $100 receive FREE domestic shipping.
Express post is $15 for orders under $150. Domestic orders over $150 receive FREE express shipping.
All orders are sent with tracking information. Please check your dispatch email for tracking updates with the postal carrier.
All international orders over $150AUD receive FREE shipping!

Order Changes & Cancellations
We're all humans, and sometimes we make mistakes! If you have just placed your order and need to cancel, add an item, or make any changes, please contact us on the same business day. After this time, your order may have already begun production and we may not be able to make changes. Contact us at email@example.com or in our contact form.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
Please ensure all delivery details are correct upon checkout. Happy Boi is not liable for mis-delivery due to incorrect information being provided. If your delivery is “Returned to Sender” due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address the order will incur a Return To Sender fee and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
