Not obsessed with your new purchase?
Please contact us at email@example.com or use the contact form to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in new condition with original packaging. Unfortunately personalised items, food & perishable goods cannot be returned unless faulty.
We do not offer refunds - sorry!
If you have changed your mind about your order or purchased the incorrect size, we are only able to offer a store credit. Please see our extensive size charts to pick the right size for your pup!
Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.
As a small business, if an item is to be returned (unless faulty), the return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense.
Please remember we're only a small business so allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed.
All Happy Boi items pass through quality control checks before shipment. In the unusual circumstance that your item is faulty, will work with you on a solution, whether it be a refund or exchange. If your items is faulty, please send photos and a description of the fault to
